Flowtech featured in Business Focus Magazine and Customer Engagement Summit in October
Flowtech
During October, we found ourselves being mentioned in print and on stage, as we were profiled in Business Focus Magazine and our CEO, Mike England, was speaking at the Customer Engagement Summit, which took place at Evolution in Battersea, London.
They were both fantastic opportunities to demonstrate how far Flowtech has come in terms of growth and development, allowing for readers and audiences to understand our journey, and what comes next for the business.
A Focus on Flowtech
Our magazine profile primarily outlined Flowtech’s current operations, as well as detailing Flowtech’s journey of bringing together 17 different brands into one unified market presence.
It also gave Mike an opportunity to communicate our ethos of “focusing on the basics, but never losing sight of the customer”, while implementing a major cultural change within the company, ensuring we could encompass the full capabilities of the group under the banner of “The Power of One”.

Engaging our Customers
In Mike’s appearance at the Customer Engagement Summit on 9th October, he explored why success in today’s competitive and increasingly omni-channel market requires cross-functional collaboration.
His talk focused on creating a customer-first mindset, which drives accountability from the top of an organisation down. He further outlined how this mindset starts with a customer-first culture, which means every decision, product update, campaign, or conversation is measured by how well it serves the customer.
This would eventually drive a higher level of employee engagement which fuels better results.
