Are you logging in for the first time?

When you first log in to the new site:

✅ You can use your existing username and password to access your account.

🔄 If your current username is not an email address, you’ll be asked to provide a valid email address and password upon your first login. This helps us enhance security and your experience moving forward.

📧 Your new username must be a valid email address. (Please note - if you currently share login details with another person or use a generic email this is not recommended, and for security purposes and we suggest each user has an individual login)

What you need to do:

• Visit the login page
• Log in using your current details - Add a valid email address if prompted - We will use your provided email address to validate your account and if successful, you will be logged in
• You may also be prompted to change your password if it does not meet our new security requirements

Quick Tip! - If you have forgotten your password and have it saved on the current Flowtech website, you can click on the 'eye' icon in the password box to reveal your existing password and copy and paste it into the new one. Please do NOT reset your password on the old website as this will not work on the new website.

If you have forgotten your username you can click forgotten details on the old website, enter your email address and we'll email you to confirm what it is.

Go to the login page and enter the email address and password that you used to register your account.
