Flowtech acquires leading UK fluid power business Thorite

We are proud to announce that Flowtech has acquired the entire business and assets of Thorite, a leading UK provider of pneumatics, compressed air, vacuum, and fluid handling products and systems.

The business has traded since 1850 and currently operates from 7 sales and service centres across the UK.

This very much complements, expands and strengthens the current Flowtech brand and value proposition, adding to our extensive product offering across pneumatics, hydraulics, automation and control.

This will also further expand our engineering, services and solutions proposition across our 11 Engineering Solution Centres.

Flowtech CEO, Mike England, commented on the recent acquisition:
