Flowtech Christmas opening hours released for 2024

Please read the following so you can ensure that any future orders remain unaffected by our Christmas shutdown.

Opening Times

• Monday 23^rd December – Open as usual
• Tuesday 24^th December – Open until 12pm midday
• Wednesday 25^th December – Wednesday 1^st January – Closed
• Thursday 2^nd January - Open as usual

Last chance for delivery before Christmas will be Monday 23^rd December, with a 10pm cut off as usual, only on products available for next working day delivery.

Order cut off time on Christmas Eve will be 12pm. Anything ordered this day that is available for next working day delivery will be delivered on the 27^th December.

Christmas Shutdown

We are closed from 12pm midday on Tuesday 24th December and we will reopen at 8am on Thursday 2^nd January 2025. We will continue to operate our out of hours service between Christmas and New Year (see below).

24/7 Service

If you need to order a stock item over the Christmas period between 10pm-8am our 24/7 service* can be used in a few easy steps to order, arrange delivery or collect from our Distribution Centre:

• Login to your account to check stock
• Proceed to the checkout and for the 'Choose your delivery' option, select the ‘Out of Hours Service’
• On the next screen, you will see our 'Out of Hours' phone number. Call the number to agree a convenient delivery or collection time
• Complete the placement of the order via our website, ensuring you choose the 24/7 option on the delivery details page

Collection and delivery is from our Skelmersdale site only.
