New appointment Ty Pearson to lead Commercial and Strategic Development at Flowtech

As we begin a new year at Flowtech, we’re pleased to announce the appointment of Ty Pearson as Flowtech’s Group Commercial & Strategic Development Director.

In this newly created role, Ty will be responsible for driving commercial excellence, ensuring sustainable profit growth, strengthened operational and financial performance across the business.

Joining our Executive Leadership Team, Ty will work in partnership across our three regions and group functional teams, coordinating efforts to expand our product, service and geographical reach.

Ty is an accomplished Business Leader with over 25 years of corporate, commercial, advisory, consulting and financial experience. Proven agile, commercial, strategic and transformational leadership in building high performing teams and achieving business growth within fast paced, dynamic organisations (public; private and PE).

Most recently Ty held the role of Director, Strategy& Deals - Value Creation & Realisation and the EMEA Value Creation Commercial Director – Industrials and Business Services at Strategy&, PwC.

Previous roles included - Chief Commercial Officer, Board Director and Member of the Investment Committee at Earth Capital Ltd, and various senior leadership roles including Commercial Strategy and Transformation Director, Regional Commercial Director and Group Financial  Controller at IPH-Brammer Group (rebranded Rubix Group), which was formed after the acquisitions and merger of Brammer plc and IPH group by Advent International.
