Made from premium-grade ester Pre-PUR polyurethane, reinforced with a copper-coated spring steel wire helix. Wall thickness: 0.4mm approx. Applications: Suction and transport hose for abrasive materials, e.g. dust, chippings, powder, granules, fibres, etc. Also suitable for fume extraction, e.g. oil mist, welding fumes and chemical vapours. Permenatly anti-static wall, <109Ω. Super lightweight, highly flexible. Flame retardant to DIN 4102-B1 and UL94-HB. Microbe resistant. Supplier poly-sleeved in compressed form. Excellent abrasion resistance. High tensile strength and tear resistance. Optimised flow (observe direction of flow arrow). Small Bend randius. Good resistance to oil, petrol and chemicals. Wire spiral reinforcement can be eartherd. Use clamp type 212/212EC (refer to page 488)
