Flowtech Embark on a Customer Journey
Flowtech have joined the Institute of Customer Service and will be working with them to develop our customer service strategy and improve our customer experience.
As a member of The Institute, we will be working on a number of activities to improve our customer experience. This will include using a host of practical tools to enable us to enhance the service we deliver throughout the organisation.
