At Flowtech, we believe in making things easier for you. We’ve recently updated our phone and email systems to ensure you get through to the team you need without fuss.
With our new updated systems, getting in touch with us will be a breeze, whether you want to talk about a new quote, ask about the technical specifications of a product, or email an order to us.

At the heart of our new, streamlined customer journey is our Contact Centre. We’ve removed our automatic answering system, so a Contact Centre team member will now answer your call.
But that’s not all the Contact Centre can help with. They can also:
• place your orders for you
• give you prices and availability for catalogue parts
• provide lead times and tracking information, if available
Our Contact Centre will answer your call and put you through to the right team:
• Customer Sales Support
for sales or technical enquiries and back order updates
• Aftersales
for support with your purchased products
